Wolfe Mfg., established in 1946, is a precision screw machine job shop specializing in difficult to machine materials, with extremely close tolerances. Production varies from 100 to 10's of thousands, with a spindle capacity of 2 3/8 inch. Our centerless grinding capacity is 4 inch.

These mating stainless steel parts were designed to work in a highly corrosive environment. This custom made poly-V, taper lock pulley assembly was produced in stainless steel to replace a previously used carbon steel, key and set screw pulley. Shaft tolerances were kept to plus/minus 0.0005 inch.
